Grow Makhosikati Holdings is a thought leader in the induction and empowerment of women and youth in the competitive workspace. We seek to uncover the under-utilized talents and skills of our country’s population. We couple both worker and employer with the skillset, opportunity and training, in order to create sustainable employment. Most importantly we seek to kick-start a culture of self-learning that ripples through our communities and economy.

ICT:

Information and Communication Technology is the most instrumental tool in the arsenal of modern business-person and entrepreneur. Millions of business transactions are facilitated over the world-wide-web, daily, using handheld smart devices. In equipping people for business success in the digital future, it is paramount that the infrastructure needed to achieve these ideals be easier to access, even in the most remote of areas.

Hygiene:

Healthy working conditions are a concern to people and hence a key component of productivity in the working environment. In any event, whether long office hours, hosting partners, clients, investors or a function, cleanliness helps to protect the peace of mind, allowing everyone involved to give their full attention to the proceedings.

Training:

Training and skills development targeted at youth and women stand to address many social ills as well as the distorted equilibrium, as pertaining to employment per gender, in our workforce. Equipped with skills and knowledge, women and youth become viable candidates for employment and are also free to explore opportunities for the application of these skills, inevitably inspiring the spirit of entrepreneurship in women and our young people.
